• Validity: Every bonus comes with a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Person: Each bonus is applicable once per member, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned after a bet has been accepted, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

• Ck9 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded.
• The maximum winning amount is ৳ 5,00,000 per bet (separate limits apply for VIP members).

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), certified by an independent third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ck9 reserves the right to void the result of that round.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome generated by the game at that point will be considered the final result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck9. Violations may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual holding multiple accounts.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using software or bots to play games or place bets in place of a real person.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses in violation of the rules or attempting to profit directly from a bonus balance.
• Account Sale: Buying or selling accounts.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using ck9 for the purpose of laundering illegally obtained funds.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with your bank after deposited funds have already been used.
• Cyber Attacks: Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities on the platform.

The ck9 team monitors platform activity around the clock. If any unusual patterns are detected, accounts may be suspended immediately.
